So I was driving to the radio station the other day, came up to the junction of Business 50 and PCA Road (locals would know).
There was a commercial mowing company working on the commercial property, Baker's Armory, and just as I was going around the corner a guy on a big commercial mower comes whipping around spraying grass and crap all over my truck.
I'm sure you all know that there can be a lot of garbage and rocks on the corner of a commercial lot: I was surprised, and frankly wanted to stop and say something, but I didn't, since there was no foul.
I don't know what company this was, but I'd like for them to take mowing lessons from my old maintenance buddies at Warrensburg Parks & Rec. I had to help them mow parks and ballfields a couple times and they made sure to tell me, you do not spray towards the road unless you have to, and when you do, you stop when a car is coming. I can't tell you how many times people would throw me a thankful wave as they drove by while I waited.
So, not only mowing rules, but where did the common sense go? Do people just not care anymore?
Sorry such a negative blog, but geez.
Don't be like that guy.
Cheers,
Jaggy
